Sebastian “peace&loove” Huber has enjoyed a largely successful and high-profile partnership with PokerStars, but even the most seasoned pros aren’t immune to the occasional nightmare moment—especially when playing live on stream.
The Austrian streamer first burst onto the scene after winning PokerStars’ inaugural Dare2Stream competition, a victory that earned him an ambassador deal and launched his career as a regular face on the platform. Since then, Huber has delivered plenty of highlights, including turning a $55 satellite into a $76,000 payday during the 2023 SCOOP and leading Team peace&loove to back-to-back league titles in the WCOOP League and the 2025 SCOOP League.
Yet despite multiple SCOOP and WCOOP victories on his résumé, one click was all it took for things to unravel in spectacular fashion.
A Misclick to Forget
The incident occurred while Huber was streaming the $11 Daily Cooldown Mystery Bounty. With 154 players left and the tournament already in the money, he was sitting comfortably 31st in chips with a healthy, above-average stack.
Holding 10♠9♠, Huber watched an eye-popping board run out: J♣ J♠ 7♠ 8♠. The result? An unbeatable straight flush.
“Pretty good hand here… seven, eight, nine, ten, jack. We’re not sure what it is, guys,” Huber joked to his viewers, clearly aware he had the absolute nuts.
The small blind led out, Huber called, and the button raised. When the small blind called again, the pot was primed to explode. Then disaster struck.
While maintaining his playful tone on stream, Huber misclicked and accidentally folded his straight flush. The realization hit instantly. In disbelief, he dropped to his knees, stunned by what had just happened.
Adding salt to the wound, the remaining two players ended up all-in with a straight and a flush. Had Huber stayed in the hand, he would have scooped a massive pot, claimed a bounty, and surged toward the chip lead. Instead, he was left watching the pot slide away.
Still Rolling Strong in 2026
Despite the viral blunder, Huber’s year on PokerStars has started on a high note. He kicked off 2026 with two tournament wins in consecutive days and has already made multiple deep runs in the ongoing New Year Series.
A sixth-place finish in a $530 PKO added $6,338 to his bankroll, while a third-place result in the $215 Stud event brought in another $1,076. He has also locked up a seat in the $1,050 New Year Series Medium Main Event, which boasts a $500,000 guarantee.
Huber is also expected to take part in the $109 Low Main Event, a Mystery Bounty tournament featuring a massive $1 million guaranteed prize pool.
For viewers, the misclick may go down as one of the most painful folds ever caught on stream—but for Huber, it’s just another reminder that even the best hands can sometimes end in heartbreak.
