RunGood Poker Series Rolls into St. Louis with Rings, Big Guarantees, and POY Points on the Line

The RunGood Poker Series (RGPS) Passport Season continues its 2026 journey with a highly anticipated stop at Hollywood Casino St. Louis. From March 3–8, the Midwest venue will host a full slate of ring events as players battle for hardware, cash prizes, and valuable Player of the Year points.

With 10 ring events on the schedule, the series is expected to attract a blend of local grinders and seasoned RGPS travelers chasing another deep run.

$800 Main Event Takes Center Stage

Headlining the festival is the RGPS Passport St. Louis $800 Main Event, boasting a $200,000 guaranteed prize pool and four starting flights.

Flight A kicks off Thursday, March 5 at 5 p.m., followed by Flight B at the same time Friday. Saturday features two final starting opportunities at 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. The top 12.5% from each flight will secure a payout and advance to Sunday’s Day 2 finale, where the remaining field will combine and play down to a champion.

The last RGPS visit to St. Louis delivered a near-record turnout of 640 entries. Justin Done famously parlayed a satellite seat into a $62,000 payday after a three-way ICM deal at the final table.

With momentum building around the RGPS brand, another strong turnout is anticipated.

PokerNews PowerStack Back in Action

Also drawing attention is the return of the PokerNews PowerStack, now a staple of Passport Season stops.

The $400 No-Limit Hold’em event carries a $50,000 guarantee and features three starting flights. Known for its deep starting stacks and player-friendly structure, the PowerStack has consistently outperformed guarantees at previous stops.

Beyond the prize pool, the event offers leaderboard implications. The top 10 players in the season standings will earn a $1,100 Main Event seat to the RGPS Thunder Valley stop—complete with hotel accommodations—adding extra motivation for those grinding points throughout the year.

A Key Passport Season Stop

The St. Louis festival is part of the broader RGPS Passport Season, which spans multiple stops across the United States in 2026. Designed to bring mid-stakes tournament poker to regional markets, the tour continues expanding its footprint while maintaining its signature ring-awarding format.

With marquee guarantees, multiple satellites, specialty events like the $500 PLO Ring Event and $400 Black Chip Bounty, plus a $250 Closer to wrap things up, players will have no shortage of opportunities to bag a ring.

As the Passport Season rolls on, all roads now lead to St. Louis—where rings, rankings, and six-figure prize pools await.
